UK – All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.

Europe – All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.

Outside EU – All orders will be dispatched within 4 working days. 

Import charges – Please note that the customer will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of redelivery.

When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

Returns

Due to COVID-19, we are unable to refund or exchange all orders at this time.
